In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top business apps on Android in New Zealand showcased varied performance trends in terms of downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

SEEK Jobs & Employment witnessed fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at around 3.7K in mid-November before declining to 2.3K by the end of December. Active users started at approximately 80K, with a slight increase to 83K mid-December, but eventually dropped to about 64K.

Microsoft Authenticator experienced a decrease in weekly downloads from 3.5K at the start of the quarter to just under 1K by the end. Active users also declined, starting from 177K and dropping to around 113K.

Microsoft Teams saw weekly downloads fluctuate, initially rising to over 3.2K in October, but falling to 545 by the end of December. Active users decreased from 172K to 102K over the quarter.

Zoom Workplace had a steady revenue stream, peaking at $1.1K in early December. Downloads varied, peaking at 1.8K in October, and active users saw a high of 38K in early November before declining to 21K.

SEEK Pass maintained a consistent download rate early in the quarter, peaking at over 1.2K in October, and active users increased from 12K to approximately 15K by the end of December.
